◆The storage and working environment of the product has some temperature and humidity, and some environments have relatively high temperature and humidity. If the product is exposed to such a high temperature and humidity environment for a long time, its performance and life will be affected. Therefore, the product needs to be tested at constant temperature and humidity to understand the performance of the product. ◆The constant temperature and humidity test is to use a temperature and humidity cabinet with heating, cooling, and humidification functions. Before the test, check whether the relevant functions and performance of the product are normal and take pictures, then place the product in the temperature and humidity cabinet, turn on the device and set the temperature and humidity cabinet Temperature, humidity and test duration. For example, 70°C, 95% humidity, test for 168 hours.

◆The constant temperature and humidity test has no fixed standards for the specific test temperature, humidity and test duration. The client needs to confirm the test conditions according to its own situation or customer requirements.
◆When determining the test conditions, refer to the actual storage environment, transportation environment and use environment of the product. The usual temperature is 40-80°C, the humidity is 65%-95%, and the duration ranges from ten hours to hundreds of hours. There is no fixed criterion for constant temperature and humidity testing, and the client needs to confirm it according to its own situation or customer requirements. Generally, it is for the degree to which the appearance, function, and performance of the product are affected after the test.
