High temperature test
Temperature Test Chamber,Short-term testing for the purpose of damage, testing the critical failure point of the product, or the critical irreparable failure point and recoverable failure point of the product;
Aging Test
Generally used to test the working years of the product;
Temperature Aging Test Steps
Temperature Test Chamber
1.Selection of base temperature for aging test: Generally, the actual working temperature shall prevail, generally 25°C, and 30°C or 35°C can be selected in industry
2. Selection of upper limit humidity for aging test: Generally, 20% of the capacity is added to the actual working humidity as the upper limit of humidity, but generally we will position the upper limit of humidity at 90% in the test (90% relative humidity can be considered as the upper limit of humidity for electronic equipment work. more stringent humidity requirements)
3.According to the empirical formula, every time the ambient temperature rises by 10°C, the time elapses 10 times, and then according to the set reference temperature, the actual service life is obtained according to the test results;
For Example
If a device is predicted to last for 10 years at 25°C, it only needs to be placed in the aging test chamber at a temperature of 65°C for 8.76 hours. If it can still be used after 8.76 hours, it can be considered that the product has passed ;(Temperature Test Chamber)
