The conventional reliability tests of LED lights include thermal shock, temperature cycling, room temperature aging, high temperature aging, low temperature aging, constant temperature and humidity test, salt spray test, high temperature storage, low temperature storage, etc.
Temperature cycle test
A. Place 5 LED lamps in a Low Temperature Chamber, the temperature of the test chamber can adjust the temperature change rate;
B. Turn on the power supply according to the rated input voltage of the LED lamp to light up:
C, the temperature change range of the test box is set from -10*C to 50°C, and the temperature change rate is greater than 1°C/min, but less than 5°C/min;
D. The low temperature test chamber is kept at high temperature and low temperature for 0.5H each, and circulates 8 times.
After the lamp has passed the temperature cycle test. There should be no electrical abnormalities such as leakage or incomplete lighting.
