Test Conditions


Electronic Salt Test Equipment

1. The salt solution is 5±1% sodium chloride solution, which is formulated by chemically pure sodium chloride dissolved in distilled or deionized water. The resistivity of water is not less than 500 s2m.

 

2. Each formulated salt solution and after spray collection, at a temperature of 35 ± 2 degrees C, its ph value should be 6.5 to 7.2.ph value measured by acidity meter or precision test paper. The ph value of the salt solution should be regulated using a dilute solution of chemical pure hydrochloric acid or sodium chloride.

 

3. At any point in the workspace, a collector with a horizontal collection area of 80 cubic centimeters collects 1.0 to 2.0 ml of solution per hour. Use at least two collectors.

 

4. The test time is selected from the following levels by the relevant criteria:

Experimental grade A - 96h

Experimental grade B - 48h
